Thanks to a generous donor family, Pro Deo Youth Center is in the process of looking for a new more permanent home for our programs. New Beginnings Church has graciously housed us for more than 5 years. The 1,500 sq ft space has served us well and we thank the church for all the years of in-kind sponsorship.
We are over-the-top excited about expanding our outreach to families as we look to double our capacity at the new location. We hope you are along for the journey of raising our A GAME to a whole new level. New space and more families served by our free afterschool and summer services. While we look for and pursue partnerships that might make our future even stronger, rest assured Pro Deo continues to be that place where teens go to make a friend, learn something new, and have hope for their future.
Pro Deo is doing its part to provide prevention services specific to youth mental health issues. Our 2021-22 annual report document depicts what our nonprofit has accomplished in the past year because of your support. More importantly, the annual report lets you know that your investment and contribution went directly to support our youth. Look at the annual report to see how Lee’s Summit’s teen center is operated with complete transparency and with complete accountability. Then, be among those who regularly and faithfully show “Pro Deo love” by attending our events, donating, collecting supplies and snacks, volunteering, etc.
